This solution is to be provided to our partners as a tiered portal in which they can access and manage their end-users estate of SIP handsets.
Ingram can also offer this as a Managed Service to our partners who don’t have the technical resource to manage this themselves. This solution is device agnostic and training that includes live demos can be provided completely free of charge.
Partnering with Swoop will enable our customers to provide and manage a full service and visibility of device management. This will provide our customers with a choice of incremental revenue streams whilst intelligent data of customer usage will enhance the services required.
Intelligent data on device usage, platform and estate management is an integral part of DaaS. By introducing this into the IMUK portfolio will allow our customers to access a complete solution from product purchase to lifecycle usage.
