After successfully leading Ingram Micro UK&I to three years of sustained growth between 2010 and 2013, Sanderson took up the role of VP and Managing Director Australia where he led the successful turnaround of the business. In 2016 Matt returned to the UK to lead Ingram Micro’s operations in UK and Ireland.

Raj began his career at Ingram Micro in 2012 to establish and lead the PRO AV business unit,  In 2014 he assumed the role of Head of Europe for PRO AV. Raj came back to the UK in 2016 to lead the volume commercial division and later that year was appointed as General Manager for Retail and PRO AV.


Raj holds a BA in Business and Finance and has previously held various leadership positions within Sony UK.
